Jose R. Gonzales, DDS

Some people know what they will be when they grow up and pursue that dream with a passion!  That describes Dr. Gonzales perfectly.  Every since he was a child, Dr. Gonzales always wanted to be a dentist.  Mostly due to the fact that he loved his dentist and the visits they shared together.   It was then that he knew this was what he wanted to do in life. 

While attending the University of Texas in San Antonio, he had his sights on being one of the best graduates from the prestigious University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. 

With a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and a mission in his heart, he moved to Arizona in 1996.  From that time one he has gained a following of loyal patients and considers each of them friends.

Dr. Gonzales is truly a patient’s dentist.  He enjoys spending extra time with his patients, listening to what their needs are and making sure they feel comfortable.  His kind and gentle demeanor has help hundreds of fearful patients, receive the dental care they so desperately needed.  Many even say he has restored their faith in dentistry.

Dr. Gonzales believes in exceeding your expectations of excellence and is continually perfecting his skills by attending programs emphasizing cutting edge technology and patient comfort care techniques.

He is among the small percentage of dentists honored with the Platinum Level of Contemporary Smile Design. He has received the special honor of Invisalign certification. As a member of the American Dental Association and the Arizona Dental Association he is committed to the highest ethical and moral standards.

In his free time, Dr. Gonzales enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and his four children.   As an avid motorcycle enthusiast he is happy to compare notes on the best routes for exploring our beautiful Arizona countryside.

Brenda

Brenda is our office manager at G Dental Studio. Brenda is a native of San Antonio, Texas.  She has been married to her husband Joe, for over 20 years.  They were actually high school sweethearts and dated since they were 16 years old.  Brenda has four beautiful children, Joey, Sierra, Jacob and Sophia.  Now, Brenda considers herself a native to this beautiful Valley of the Sun.

Brenda was an intricate part of developing G dental studio from its conception.  Her expertise in financing and management continues through her roles in our office.  Brenda wears many important hats.  She is our office insurance, finance and treatment coordinator.   If you have any questions or concerns, she is the person to ask! 

Brenda enjoys talking and visiting with each patient as she checks them in.   She likes to listen to our patients as they share their life experiences, vacations and families stories with her.

Veronica "Ronni"

Ronni is our Lead Assistant and has been with G dental studio for several years. She is an expert in patient comfort care techniques.

Ronni was born and raised in the Valley of the Sun. She is newly married and is enjoying every moment of it! She likes to play softball and spending time with her family and friends. She found her love of dentistry in the 7th grade while going through orthodontic treatment herself. She attended Apollo College for dental assisting and continues her education in the field so she can better serve the patients of G dental studio. “My passion for helping others obtain the smile of their dreams is my inspiration to work with such a great doctor and staff.”

Erica

Erica is the front office coordinator and the manager of first impressions! She is the newest edition to G dental studio, but has fit right in as if she has always been a part of the team.

As a native of Phoenix, she enjoys the outdoors, just not in the summer time. She loves sports and her pets, which includes four dogs and a horse. She met her husband on a blind date, set up by her mother! The have been together now for five years, and decided to tie the knot in March 2010. She was introduced to the G dental studio family by her best friend, who has been a patient for many years. “It’s like this was my home away from home since the moment I began working here. Dr. G, Brenda and the girls [Ronni and Tammy] are like family now and I love coming to work and meeting such amazing patients’".

Tammy

Native of Santa Fe, New Mexico, she started dentistry in 1986 as a dental assistant. Then she migrated to Phoenix in 1991 to begin classes to become a dental hygienist. Working full time as an expanded dental assistant, she graduated Suma Cum Laude from Rio Salado School of Dental Hygiene. Tammy became the SADHA class president for the first graduating class at Rio Salado and a delegate with the Central Dental Hygiene Association. She’s currently working towards her bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene through Northern Arizona University. Tammy enjoys distance running and weight training. She has accomplished two triathlons, numerous 10 and 5k’s and one half marathon. Tammy is married and has three furry kids (dogs): Pawzee, Stella and Tess. She has a passion for cooking all flavors of the world.
